Plum / Pluot Pie

Make a crust with pecan meal (ground pecan) a little coconut oil, and you can also add some dried fruit and a little honey if you want it sweet. Mix it in food prcessor until it becomes a ball.

Spread it out evenly on a pie pan.

 

Thinly slice your pluots and plums, you can also add some peaches if you like. In a bowl, mix some cocnut oil (about 2 tbls. or more) honey, (about 2 tbls.)  1/4 tsp. cinammon, and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Mix with your hands, unil it’s evenly coated. Place inside the pie crust.

 

Bake at 350, untl filling is bubbly, about 40 minutes, or less if you want it less cooked.
