Coconut oil (about 2 tbls.)
Carrots, (sliced lengthwise, in quarters)
Melt the cocnut oil in a pan, add chopped garlic if you like, and add in green beans and carrots at the same time. Stir and cover at medium heat. Check in and stir once in a while until cooked, and slightly browned edges, for a little crisp. Delicious!
