Vegan Jalapeño Poppers

These are so delicious. I don’t know the measurements, but here’s a couple ways I’ve made these.

 

Cut the jalapenos in half and deseed them.

In a blender, puree nuts, cashew will be a little more creamy, add nutrional yeast and spices, add in any flavors you like. Fill in the jalapenos. Drizzle oil on top. Bake until it’s ready. The jalapenos will be soft and a little brown, the filling will be soft and creamy on the inside and sort of crispy on top.

 

 

You can also mix pecan meal, which is ground up nuts, instead of puree. Add chopped garlicand other flavors, Fill in the jalapenos, and sprinle nutritonal yeast on top. Drizzle oil, and bake.
