Jalapeño, Cilantro, and Garlic Salad Dressing


Jalapeño, about a quarter of a large jalapeño

Garlic, about 3-4 cloves

half a bunch of cilantro

2 spoonfulls of organic mayonaise

1/3 cup olive oil

a touch of honey

pinch of himalayan salt

about a tablespoon or a little more of nutritional yeast

Dice the jalapeño and garlic well, and sauté on low/medium heat, until cooked and the garlic is a little crispy.


Blend all ingredients into a high powered blender.
