I didn’t know a carrot celery soup could be so good. I didn’t think it would be interesting at all. I loved it.
Ingredients were simple: (all organic)
2 bunches of baby carrots
2 red onions
good amount of paprika
real salt and pepper
Cook ingredients in coconut oil until onions are translucent, and then add water to cover the vegetables, simmer, then blend. I also added 3 bay leaves to the water while simmering and took them out before blending.
